Mosaic tile JAB 97C138 grey

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Mosaic tile JAB 97C138 grey combines a Paris Gray colour with a glittering glazed ceramic surface and a vintage-look design. It offers a decorative grey mosaic for a wall scheme in which both the finish and the smaller pattern matter. Rather than introducing a strong new colour, the tile uses a more restrained palette, allowing the appearance of the glaze and the arrangement of the mosaic pieces to provide the detail.

The vintage character can be compared with neighbouring surfaces before deciding how much area to cover. A small panel may create a defined accent, while a larger arrangement lets the repeated pattern become a more continuous part of the room. Consider the mosaic beside the materials already selected, especially if they also carry a pronounced texture, colour variation or decorative pattern of their own.

CERAMIC SURFACE & DIMENSIONS

The supplied record identifies ceramic as the material, a glazed surface and a glittering gloss-level description. The overall format is 29.7 × 29.7 cm, with a thickness of 6.5 mm. These dimensions describe the full mosaic sheet rather than each individual piece. They provide a practical reference when checking the proposed arrangement and the transitions to larger tiles or another surface finish.

The pieces are mesh-glued on the back, keeping the pattern together as a panel. Sheet boundaries still need to be planned carefully so that the joints read consistently across the wall. Discuss the start point, edges and any openings before fixing begins, rather than assessing the layout only from the centre of one sheet. Suitable preparation and installation materials remain important even when the product is supplied on mesh.

STATED USES & LIMITATIONS

The technical table lists this product as a wall tile. It also identifies indoor and outdoor scope, frost resistance, and swimming-pool suitability, with living rooms, kitchens and bathrooms among the named applications. Keep the wall-tile designation central to the choice: the product should not be promoted as a general floor mosaic simply because another tile in the same range is listed for floors.

Abrasion group 1 is recorded as very light load. That value should remain visible alongside the stated use when the product is assessed for a project. For a swimming-pool or outdoor wall, confirm the complete installation system and the exact location with a suitable installer. The colour and glaze help define the design, but they do not replace the technical checks required for those applications.

BUYING & WALL LAYOUT

Per-sheet and square-metre options are listed in the current catalogue. Check the buying unit before entering a quantity, and refer to the product-specific coverage information for any conversion between sheets and area. Measure the complete wall section you intend to tile, then note edges and interruptions that may affect cuts. Consider the installation layout when deciding whether an additional cutting allowance is needed.

Before ordering the Mosaic tile JAB 97C138 grey, compare the Paris Gray finish with adjacent colours and agree how the mosaic will be positioned on the wall. Include the 6.5 mm thickness when discussing junctions and edge treatments. The mesh-mounted format, glittering glaze and vintage-look design give the product its particular character, while the separate specification table provides the measurements, classifications and stated applications needed to check the practical details of the installation.
